Royal Canadian Yacht Club, Race Management
The Royal Canadian Yacht Club employs professionals to run all their races.
The principal race officer has 10 years of experience as a PRO, and is also a member of the Canadian sailing team.
The Club has hosted many events, from world championships to local events. These include the Etchell North Americans, Shark World Championships, the J35 North Americans, the 470 world championships, J105 Canadians (permanent host) and more.
The RCYC has 3 start line vessels and 10 zodiacs available for running regattas.
The RCYC is the home of the Canada 's Cup and the current defender.
